Janet Clayton is a two-time Pulitzer prize-winning former editor at the Los Angeles Times with deep expertise in strategic communications. Her distinguished career as a key member of the Times’ leadership team is matched by her C-suite experience at Edison International (Fortune 250) and Southern California Edison, where she managed an annual budget of more than $30 million and served on Edison International's 9-member executive management committee as senior vice president of corporate communications.
Today, she is the senior strategist at Vectis and a member of the Board of Directors of CalMatters and the Pfaffinger Foundation. Janet is a member of the leadership organization the Trusteeship, the International Women’s Forum of Southern California. She serves on advisory boards at USC Annenberg, UCLA Luskin Center, and the Berggruen Los Angeles Committee.
